We had a wooden fence installed in our home 6/19/23. The large gate that we have is not closing correctly. Where the hinge is located the wood is cracking down the middle of the board. The gate is hanging incorrectly and not allowing the fence to lock. Additionally, we were told the fence would take a couple months for the green pressure treated material to dry out an disappear. It has now been 11 months and it's still shown throughout the whole fence. We have email, text messaged and WhatsApp messaged Tony over 10 times and no answers. We it came time to initial payment, material payment and final payment they had no trouble to constantly calling and emailing for payment. Now that we need them to repair incorrect installment, they act in bad faith.

Company did not respond immediately to our online request for a quote until a few days later and left a voice mail. When we called back you have to leave a message to get a call back. They didn’t seem concerned about new business.

I sent them an email with the request for a price. After waiting a week for a response I called. They said they're working on it. Never heard back from them Guess they didn't need the job.

After much research in finding a competent and reliable company, I chose South Fla Fencing and rate them an A+++. It was a great experience working with Tony’s expertise and professionalism in his field. He went above and beyond in assuring my fence project to be completed to my satisfaction. After providing an estimate including permit costs, I was told they were no longer, for the time being, taking jobs in my area needing permits as the process has become too time consuming. Waste of time.

Aftee the hurricane hit, our fence went down almost entirely and the property was exposed. We reached out to severseveral companies for a quote. These folks gave us a good price and were able to start right away. Worked fast and professional. It took the about 10 days to finish. I definitely recommend their service.

I needed an aluminum gate for the side of my house. Their website claims that they do fencing of all types, both residential and commercial and the photos posted show fences in aluminum and metal but the owner of the company told me that they do not do fences in any kind of metal. Change your website to reflect the exact kind of work that you do and stop wasting our time.

The owner was responsive and timely. We had black chain link fencing installed but some of the latches, etc did not match. When I called the owner he came out promptly and spray painted the parts. Unfortunately, it was raining when his crew was finishing the fence installation and he said that is why it wasn't done earlier. That doesn't explain why they didn't follow up with me and I had to call to request the work be done. Also, several months later I noticed they did not install a bottom rail. I had not specifically requested it, but without a bottom rail the dog can push and wiggle out under the fence, so I believe they should have brought that to my attention. When I called about the problem, I never got a call back, but it was shortly after Hurricane Irma so I know it was a very busy time.

The installers arrived on time. We still didn't have electric so Tony brought a generator so his workers could dig the fence posts. Sixty five feet of broken fence removed and a new fence installed in under fours hours. The next day, after looking closer at the entire fence, I noticed that one of the boards was lose. I called Tony and the problem was corrected before the end of the day. This was not the first time that I've used this company and I will use them again..

Hours after scheduling my appointment I was notified via text message they would be charging me $50 for my estimate. The reason because of "the crazy time" and they needed "gas money."

I strongly recommend South Florida Fencing. Tony was amazing! He has excellent customer service. He is very approachable, which allows you to have a comfortable conversation with him. He goes above and beyond. I had an issue, and while on his vacation he made some phone calls and was able to produced the results I needed. His work team does amazing work. Their prices are at fair market value. If you are in the market to replace or add new fencing give Tony a call I guarantee you wont regret it.

One phone call back about what the company does and does not do. I had a quote before Angies list and the estimate was never sent. After I tried to reach this contractor through Angies list I was told that they don't do small repairs and it will take two month top order a metal fence. An install was also part of the quote and it was not small. It seems this company only wants big projects. What a waste of my time.

Tony did a great job with the installation of the fence. Job was done quickly and professionally. tony is very personable and handle my difficult neighbor well that I partnered with for this job.

Once the county finally issued a permit for the work, Tony scheduled the work for the following week. It took them 1 day for the fence, and 1 day for the gates. Dade county, needed inspection prior to putting up the gates! Workers showed up as planned, cleaned up, and my neighbors said they were quiet overall. I was at work and came home to a new fence!

They showed up on time, and got the job done properly. The fence needed a couple of tweaks after install, and they took care of them with no problem.

Tony Iglesias was responsive and punctual. His company was efficient, reasonably priced and provided a very professional service. I would highly recommend hiring his company.

They never sent quote or called back

After we met it took forever to get the estimate. When I tried to contact them to do the work I was told he was on vacation until a certain date and that he would call back. He never called back. When I called him, he had no memory of me or the proposed job. He promised to come out that day and remeasure. He never came.
