At a few minutes before 10 the repair man called to ask if he could come. He arrived a short time later and gave me a quote and I accepted it. He started working and replaced the wheel I knew was bad and two others he said were going to fail soon. He also adjusted the spring so the the door doesn't slam like it had been doing. "We have used Griffiths Metal Products for almost 40 years when my parents hired them to fabricate our gate and a matching fence. I used them to renovate the gate when we remodeled and to re-fabricate the fence when it was damaged after an accident. They recently fabricated a brand new gate when we renovated and it is perfect! My neighbor had a damaged awning (they had hit one of the supports), they had two companies come out who both said that it either could not be done, or that they would have to remove the awning etc and that Ian awning company would have to replace the awning. Griffiths Metal came out and fixed it in about 45 minutes for a nominal fee. The repair is totally invisible.
