"They service was performed on time and they did a very good job.  Our carpets were embarassingly dirty and had needed to be done for some time.  We had recently got a new puppy for our daughter and suffice it to say, he had plenty of accidents.  There were tell tale stain marks all over the carpet that were in desperate need of cleaning. 

They did a very thorough and professional job by paying particular attention to the stains, treating them and re-treating them as necessary.  Since this is the original carpet that was built with the house in 1997 I did not expect any miracles, but my wife and I were really surprised at the results.  We were so pleased, that we have vowed to maintain the carpets in their new state and I would definitely use Royal Chem-Dry again.

"It was a pleasure working with Mr. Shapiro and his Staff. They were professional, reliable and to my surprise compassionate to my situation. After, my father had an accident in the tub, it became necessary to have the bathroom remodel to handicapped standards to prevent future accident. "My project was a little complicated for me to figure out exactly who I needed to get the job done.  I need flooring in my upstairs hallway to continue down the stairs.  I also need a new stair railing to be built, but I wanted all the wood to be stained to match the floors. Since I was going to sub everything out myself I knew I needed at least  two different contractors to get the job done. I shopped around for several months in the Palm Beach and the Broward County area, before settling with Mark from New Heritage Wood Floors.
I was on Houzz.com trying to get ideas for my project when I saw a designer that recommend Mark's company for the wood floors that he had previously installed. It was a long shot, but I just happened to be in the area so I stop by his showroom. I didnt know it was by appointment only, but he was able to accommodate me. Please call first because hes a busy individual.  Mind you I had already done my research; I showed him pics of my project, I drilled him with a lot of technical questions that I already knew the answer to, and he was the first person that I dealt with that I felt comfortable doing business with.  Not only did Mark talk me down from a solid to a engineered wood flooring (which potentially saved me a lot headaches and $$$), he was very up front with the cost of the installation, and even broke it down into detail per sq ft including the price per stair treads before coming to the house to do the quote.  Mark also recommended a custom stair railing company that he works with; I felt comfortable with them so I ended up contracting with them too.  Im still waiting for them to do the install, so stand by for that review.
I was very flexible with my schedule and was in no rush for them to do the install.  It took them about a month and half to order the wood floors and stain the stair treads.  When we finally came to a agreement on the date, it only took them two days to do the install.  The guys showed up on time and they were very meticulous about every little detail.  No shortcuts were taken and they even calulked all the stair treads and bullnose which I wasnt expecting for them to do.  They were also very clean, professional, and courteous to keeping the door closed so my dogs wouldnt run out of the house.  These guys did an awesome job and it was a pleasure to work with them.  I will definitely call them again to install the wood floors in my bedrooms when Im ready.  I cant say enough good thing about these guys.  They werent cheapest flooring contractors that I got a quote from, but  Im very happy with the work that they did.
