"If I could give 0 stars, I would. We spent nearly $30,000 on PCM Floors for our 3,500 sq ft home after being assured by Cynthia the product would be durable for our family of 4 kids and a dog. Less than 2 years later the floors are cracking in multiple rooms (kitchen, kids? room, master) and the bathroom floor they said was fine to install by the tub warped within months. PCM blamed everything except their installation?sun, scooters, moisture, built-ins?when in reality they installed directly over tile, leaving weak seams that keep failing. Their ?solution? was offering us a discount on more flooring after $30,000 already spent. Maybe these floors work if you tiptoe around and never live in your house. For a real family, PCM Floors is a complete waste of money. Avoid them. "
