William was absolutely EXCELLENT!! We contacted him on a Friday night and needed him to come to our home to give us an estimate on Saturday. He called us back within 5 minutes of our message. He showed up on Saturday morning as promised. Gave us a reasonable quote to remove existing ceramic tile all throughout the house, clean up, and remove all of the old tile and debris. The installation was perfect and meticulously done. Very responsible and very attentive to detail. We will highly recommend William for any job related to tile or bathroom remodeling. He deserves many more reviews. Thank you, William, for making our move to Winter Garden and great one! We are still in the process of moving but will upload more photos when all set up so you can see the beautiful work.

It is not possible to properly express how happy with results of floor tile install my wife and I are. First thing was the itemized quote William provided. Only one out of 3 that quoted estimate to do that. Tile in our new house failed after less than 6 years due to poor installation. William and crew took the sting out of an unplanned complete floor tile replacement installation. The attention to detail and personal attention made it a enjoyable experience. Important to say also William’s estimate was competitive.

Finally we got done the lanai floor. We are glad that we meet William and his crew when they were doing a whole floor for my neighbor’s house. They did a WOW! job for my neighbor and for use as well. Very satisfied with their installer that had several challenges with the un-squared walls etc.
They were prompt on both days of the job. More importantly, after several days, I identified a mistake that was overlooked by us and them, and when i called to let them know, William told us that in two days they will be back to take care of the issue. Again, they came and arrived on time and in less than 90 minutes, the problem was addressed and solved.
Another friend that also has issues with her floor, when she saw both jobs, the neighbor´s, and ours, she was more than satisfied, and will be using them for her house project.
Therefore, dear reader, in doubt, call them, explain what you want, consider their advise and expertise, we did, and you will be pleased. To find a trusting provider is difficult as you we’ll know. Check them out. Hopefully it will work for you as it did for us. FDM

One of best decisions we ever made. Attention to detail. William the owner was available and onsite during process. Crew came everyday. Knowledgeable communicating options and solutions as well as the why. Initially selected William because out of three estimators he was only one to provide an itemized estimate which helped greatly to understand cost. Read that initially as a clue to how install would go and his consideration of us. Proved true. For any changes he asked for approval before proceeding. His crew was great as well. It was a size-able unplanned project to replace/correct builder failed tile install. It took the sting out of our situation. Williams, the owner, was responsive immediately to our inquiry and gave us a thorough look through and a quick estimate. He's friendly, and knowledgeable, having done tile work for more than20 years and it shows. We thought the job might take a couple of days but he and his assistant got it done in a single day, in less than 8 hours. They showed up when they said they would, they cleaned up the worksite and left it spotless and I would not hesitate to have them back again to do more tile work. I'd give them MORE than 5 stars if I could!
