Michael was on time,which is exceptional in itself. He also did an exceptional job. My Master Bath Shower floor had begun to look ugly and he made it look like new. Thank You Michael and Sir Grout. I would highly recommend this company, and I would definitely use myself again.

They are very attentive and want to make sure you are happy with their work! The owner/manager Renzo is extremely professional and courteous. He is thorough in evaluating the project and accommodating for scheduling the job. I work from home two days out of the week he made sure the appointment was on a day that I was at home. The technician Jose took time to show me the progress of the job (color/cleaning) to ensure that I was satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Oh my goodness!!!! I clean my shower—or at least I thought. Larry took our shower back 22 years. I can’t believe how clean and bright it is. Photos (with shadows) don’t do it justice. Magical!!

The team was great and easy to work with. Renzo has great communication and the workers were very professional and took great care of our furniture and pool equipment.

Warning: I hired them to do the grout in my entire house. I was happy with the way the grout turned out. Their cleanup not so much. I called and they said they would come back and make it right. Then we discovered items missing from our bedroom. Needless to say they are not coming back. I contacted Keith, that was a wasted phone call. The next call was to Orange County Sheriffs to file a police report.

This company and owner, Keith Fogerty, is a complete scam! We were sold a bill of goods! At first, Keith was very professional (a true salesman)...He was very responsive to emails, texts and calls and promptly made his way to the house to offer us a free estimate. He did a whole demonstration for my husband and I. He promised us that if we cleaned, painted, and sealed our grout with his product, we wouldn’t have to do anything to the grout for at least 5 years and the color would stay the light painted color throughout the entire house even if it were in high traffic areas. He compared how much we would pay over 5 years to have our grout cleaned annually to the cost he was going to charge us to clean, paint and seal just once (since it wouldn’t need any maintenance even if coffee or red wine were to spill on it). He swore by his product and told us that if we were ever unhappy or need touch ups, all we would have to do is call and they would come out to fix it. We regretfully believed that he was an honest business man with a good product and signed a contract. We paid $2000 on May 1, 2019 and our grout looked amazing! The color was clean, white and sealed throughout. Keith requested that we recommend him to a potential customer which we happily did and also recommended him to a neighbor who also gave him business. I am truly sorry for that. We NEVER should have recommended Keith nor his product! Within 5 (FIVE) months, the high traffic areas were turning dark and grimy again (mind you I clean my floors all the time and only ever used the products he told us to use). On October 15, 2019, Keith sent his crew out to “fix” the problem areas. I assumed this meant cleaning the grout, repainting and resealing. Only instead the service tech simply slapped another coat of paint on top of the previously painted, sealed and dirtied grout which is bad enough, but to make it worse, the tech used the WRONG color paint!!! Once again, I contacted Keith (who might I add was becoming harder and harder to reach with appointments much more difficult to schedule). He was finally able to “squeeze us in” and repainted the grout with the correct color. I contacted him one more time right before the pandemic and he begrudgingly came out to the house and stared at my discolored grout saying he couldn't see a difference in the high traffic areas compared to the rest of the house. There is NO way he couldn’t see the difference in color. He made me point out specific sections of the grout I “thought” was darker and he slapped some more paint on it all while trying to sell me his “latest and greatest” product. Had the pandemic and quarantine not hit, I would have called him to come back out and redo our entire house while we were still within our year warranty, but obviously that wasn’t an option. You would think when the entire world shuts down and your product is garbage, the owner of said company would extend the warranty and make a bad situation better ESPECIALLY since the previous “repairs” were poor attempts of a rushed job. Once we felt comfortable having people in our home safely again, we called him back out. He was rude and unprofessional stating he would never do this for any other customer and this would be the last time he would send someone out. A tech came out to “clean” some of the problem areas. Only some of the grout was cleaned (something we were told we wouldn’t have to do for 5 years). None of the grout was repainted. None of the grout was resealed. The end result is a 3 year old house with grout that is inconsistent in color, $2000 of our hard earned money gone, and the need for us to find another company to come out and try to fix the botched up job Sir Grout did to our floors. There is no doubt that their product ruined my floors. I would NEVER recommend Sir Grout, their products or their customer service to anyone! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Sir Grout was fantastic. They reinvigorated our kitchen countertops and marble entryway to a like-new finish. The owner/manager, Keith, is very responsive and very professional. The call center support was excellent and scheduling was a breeze. I highly recommend Sir Grout!
