"Mr. Nigel Fleming was 3 hours late for the initial consultation! He was subsequently late on the 1st day and absent thereafter until his worker quite due to 3 wweks non-payment. Mr. Fleming came to work almost daily, sparingly. He told me that the job would take 2 weeks at most, but as we speak, I am still awaiting completion of my ADA compliant grab bars and the crew-in shower rod negotiated in the deal. He actually told me that plumber was responsible those installs. Note: Mr. Nigel Fleming, Design Renovations (of Crestview, FL) isn't a responsible, timely, nor professional. If you're a risk taker, due to cost, then he may be your man. 😡🤬"

"Work was drawn out due to our vacation and several unexpected out-of-state funerals. Communication with CGC office staff was 2.5 (on 5 point scale). A payment schedule - when and how much - should have been explained in advance. The work: removed steel bathtub and tile surround, plumbing relocated, new cement board, fancy tile, new plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors installed. Wallpapered dining room walls had light plaster coat first applied to smooth out existing orange peel texture. Excellent attention to pattern matching. Paper waste was minimized."

"Gainesville Carpets Plus is a very professional organization that stands behind their work. Carpet was installed upstairs and in stairwell and looks great. Vinyl flooring was installed downstairs. There were some issues originally with the installation of the flooring in the entryway due to having to cover areas where there was originally tile up against carpet. Leroy worked with us and stood totally behind the work ensuring that it be top notch and done the right way. It took a couple of return trips, and building up of the subfloor in the entryway, but the final installation was excellent. Thanks again to Leroy and Carpets Plus for a floor we are very proud of."
