"Sales did not disclose the features of different flooring wood type and suggested to go with the most popular and cheapest category wood. Installation went fine. Crews are friendly. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks.
