Received minimal communication from the contractor throughout the process. Constant ghosting and back and forth on rescheduling of install times and corrections. Original quote was not honored as they had made a “typo” saying we would get two gates but wasn’t drawn in the mock-up. Giving two stars because the work was eventually done, but not on time and not to the quality we would have hoped with multiple fence panels having gaps evident gaps or misalignments to the posts. An absolute headache inducing experience overall."

I initially thought I would try to save money and hire a DIY/one-man fixer upper, but soon realized that was taking up too much of my time and I could never find anyone dependable. I did have several photos and a concept of what I was wanting to do which did help in that process, as well as helpful suggestions from Amy. He arranged and scheduled the various trade subcontractors and always kept in touch with me on who would be showing up and when.
