I spoke to him over the phone regarding a problem that I was having with a water treatment system. I had hired another company install a water purification system and they put it in a bad position on the exterior of my home. The company installed the system in constant sun, which was not proper. I called Bill Dearolf and explained the situation. He advised that the system should be moved. Later his secretary called me back and told me that he did not want to take the job.

Bill showed up soon after I called on a Friday. He determined that the well pipe would have to be pulled out of the ground. They were very busy, so the repair had to wait until today, Tuesday. Repair was done very professionally. I'll definitely call them again.
