My horse spent 18 years chewing on my wooden fence. It finally became time to put up a new fence (not wood of course). Jerry Gifford came out and discussed the different types of fences with me. Recently had vinyl fencing installed by this company. Overall, was pleased with the workmanship and the overall quality of the fence. A couple of issues arose and I contacted Jerry. Those issues were addressed. Would recommend and use this company again if warranted.

We had a white PVC fence installed around our property. Gifford Fence was prompt with and professional each scheduled visit. We liked the fact that they were a family owned business. Gifford Fence Company did an outstanding job for us, and we would highly recommend them to anyone! We didn’t need a large job to be done, but Jerry Gifford was the only local company to even return my calls. His crew (with supervisor, Chris) did a quick, thorough, and professional job -cleaning up afterward and even coming back the following day to make a small adjustment to complete the job! I am on our community’s HOA Board and on the Architectural Review Board, and I get asked to recommend home improvement companies… after the job they did for us, I will definitely - and highly - recommend Gifford Fence Company!

It is hard these days to find contractors that respond back in a timely manner- Gifford was really responsive and efficient. He even went out of his way to send us a fresh copy of our property survey, as ours was distorted and many times copied. They got our project done so quickly compared to other experiences we’ve had. Yes, we had a small area to be done, but he didn’t make us wait for months for such a small area. Would recommend!

Jerry Gifford and his team did a fantastic job. The crew removed my existing fence and installed the new one in less than 2 days. The communication with Jerry throughout the process was great. The fence looks beautiful.

I was having great communication with Gifford Fence via email was able to get them out 3 days sooner for an estimate as well. When the estimator arrived it went down hill from here. I asked to be called or texted on arrival instead of using my door. I provided him a printed layout showing the measurements and what I want from another professional fence company. I showed him the minor adjustments I wanted and explained that I am on break from work to please email, text, or call me with the official quote since I already provided the layout and received an unofficial quote for my protect. When checking on what was taking so long he is measuring the area that is not in the layout in bushes, and brush. I question him on it and he starts arguing with me, saying this is 6 feet here. I am 6'6 and what he was showing was maybe 4-5'. So he finishes and gets to the front right of my house. The layout clearing shows 6' + 5' + 10 = 17'. I explained to him that I am on break, I have to go, please follow the layout and send me the info. Instead he became irate to the point that I had to tell him that his service is no longer wanted here. He made sure to leave with a nice "F*** you". Horrible service, do not use.

They were professional, showed up when they said they would, removed our wooden privacy fence and replaced with aluminum fence. They did a great job and were priced right AND honest! I highly recommend them. Great customer service.
