I would have given Goodrich Glass five stars except that the original plastic pieces(30 years old) in the frame were reused, instead of installing new pieces. The strips got damaged when the old glass had to be removed, and didn't look good after Jamie reused them. As a pro, ,Jamie should have known the window needed new strips as he had previously been to my house to provide an estimate. I hope the window doesn't leak water as I'm not confident it is water tight."
