The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"
