The installer was excellent and really did a superb job applying the film. Afterwards, he re-inspected all the windows for any bubbles or irregularities, cleaned all the windows and left the area spotless. I highly recommend this company for residential window tinting. The only reason for a four rating (customer service) was because after the install I was informed that using a credit card would cost me an additional 4%. Therefore, I used a personal check to avoid the additional cost. Customers should be advised of any such additional cost when the estimate is provided before installation."

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
