Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. "Absolutely HANDS DOWN would Highly recommend. ? They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "When i called we discussed what I was looking for. He explained I needed to look at a place that sells mobile home items such as for the tub so it would fit correctly. Saving me a HUGE headache! Whenever I had a question he had no problem answering it. On our agreed upon date for installation he arrived early and immediately began working. He widen areas and removed and replace tub,shower,cabinets and other misc items. He was there for 4 days and each day he would leave the rooms picked up. I am very pleased with the outcome it is exactly as we discussed...beautiful and functional! And he even do a couple of little extra things such as fixed my leaky faucet for no additional charge! "The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.
