"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. "The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
