"The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work. One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney. The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started. That process took about 10 minutes. He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent. He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.
