Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. "Absolutely HANDS DOWN would Highly recommend. ? They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. With the rain we have had this summer, the job turned into much more than he had bargained for (or quoted for)...but he stuck with it until the job was completed.  The work he did for me turned out great and I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a hard working and honest contractor who does excellent work.

"The technicians arrived at my house and immediately went to work.  One technician cleaned the dryer vent while the other two inspected the chimney.  The technician who cleaned out the dryer vent went into the basement to inspect the dryer vent in the basement before he started.  That process took about 10 minutes.  He showed me the bag of lint that he removed from the dryer vent.  He acutally took out quit a bit of lint.  The other technicians came in to tell me that they found no cracks in the chimney and offered to spray the sealant into the chimney.  The gave me a quote ahead of time and told me they could preform the service right away so that I didn't need to make another apointment.  That whole process took about 45 minutes.  I was impressed with the professionalism of the technicians.

"I recently purchased a home and discovered that the irrigation system had been neglected to the point where some portions of it were just bubbling water into the gutter vs actually spraying. Large sections of the lawn never received water at all while others were soggy. J & W not only responded to my request for a quote immediately (as soon as I clicked on "send")...they completed the service the next day. They were super friendly, efficient, and most of all when they were finished, everything worked! I now have sprinkler heads that actually spray vs bubble, and all parts of the lawn are getting coverage. The work involved changing out several heads to more efficient/better suited types, fixing broken pipes, and capping off others so that more pressure was going where it needed to go.
