"This project was actually to remove and replace rotten soffit and facia boards around an addition on my house. Finding someone who knew what was needed was more difficult than you'd think. JP was recommended by the gutter company and he was on time for the initial conversation, had an estimate to me quickly and didn't need a deposit. I've learned the hard way that repairs that you pay for BEFORE the work is done, often don't get done here in Florida. Joe and the carpenter who did the work were polite and got it done quickly and well. I wish I'd found him before I had another roofer replace a roof. The other roofer was OK, but I have a feeling that How would have been better!"

"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"Fast Track Roofing (Zack & Jace) did a FANTASTIC job repairing some ridge shingles that blew off during hurricane Milton and then later repairing a leak in another location. My wife and I moved from Orlando, FL to Riverview, FL last summer. After purchasing our current home with a 2-year old roof and solar, we learned from a very helpful neighbor about a local unethical roofing company that did the original installation and did a horrible job!!! Buyer beware: Avoid "Contruct 4 U, LLC" at all cost and go with Fast Track Roofing if you want the job done right. Zack is extremely humble, honest and super talented (as his team).
