I like their nursery section, because their plants are guaranteed and they always look fresh not like other places where you go and wonder if anybody has every taken care of the place. The prices are  very reasonable. The service is always fine.

Things went ok except I had a hard time getting the warranty sent to me. Eventually I did receive that but it took awhile. The process with Home Depot and the labor provided by the sub-contractor was pretty positive overall.

The sales man told me that any wood that needed replacing would be. The selection of the material was very good. The roof looks good from a distance, but up close can see rotten wood. Company arrived on schedule and finished in 2 days which as good.

Received by date quoted, correct dimensions, finish and style. However, we are disappointed in the construction of the cabinet. Joints do not fit together smoothly. Arrived with one corner chipped. There's a 1/4 inch gap between the doors when they close and can not be adjusted any further. You can actually see inside the cabinet with the doors closed. Called the store manager. He told us to bring it back & made an appointment for us to speak to the Design Center. We did and were told how to fix the hinges. Now we are paying our carpenter by the hour to put shims behind the 6 hinges to adjust the doors. Would never buy cabinets from them again.

The help was very polite and informative. They suggested materials and solutions. For a first-time home buyer, they helped us out a lot! We purchased materials for building walls and bathroom fixtures. Great prices.
