"Their duct cleaning unit was broken. was going to schedule a day to come out and finish cleaning the ducting when they got their unit repaired. . Never called back. Just sold me the Air Scrubber unit. I lost their phone number to call them back. Overall they were very professional and knowledgeable."

"I called Better Heating and Air Conditioning and Brian came the same evening to see what our problem was and to give us an estimate. The next morning we had the detailed estimate in our hands, and by day two our new system was being installed. Brian promised us we would have air before he left and we did! He was very precise with every detail of the installation, extremely courteous and kept us updated on how it was going. It was wonderful knowing we were in such good hands with someone who cares.
