They worked very hard every day and did an expert job with the painting. They took care to cover our belongings to protect them from the paint and when it was all finished, they cleaned everything up to leave our home looking like it was before they came. "Well above expectation. Erion arrived on time to look at the project and give me his bid. He quoted me a very fair price and we agreed with a handshake. No laborious paperwork to read through and sign. I found that pretty incredible. on the agreed-upon project date he arrived on time and got to work. He moved quite a few pieces of furniture out of the room to be able to do his work. We had not discussed the fact that he was going to have to move furniture and I was sure that there would be an additional charge. There was not. The job he did was extensive and he was very neat and careful with the furniture still in the room. He did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. IErion is a very nice man and a very hard worker. I will be telling my friends about his company. I have definitely found my new painter."

"We were taken advantage of from a Jacksonville company when we needed help. DO NOT use this company for any plumbing, cooling or heating needs even if it’s an emergency. Please read the following: We called FENWICK for assistance with our HVAC. During a recent cold snap our HVAC system froze and required immediate attention. A technician arrived and said he couldn’t work on the system until it was defrosted. If it wasn’t frosted that night, he wasn’t sure when he or any other associate could return. He said it would cost $188.00 to defrost the system. For over an hour the associate and I, in freezing temperatures, late in the evening, using hot water from our bathroom tub and our buckets, defrosted the unit. He diagnosed the problem and said we needed a Heat Pump Defroster Sensor. (part number: HH18HA279). The part had to be ordered and would take 5 to 7 days and the part would cost $441.00. Installation could take another 5 to 7 days. FENWICK charged us $89.00 for the service visit and $188.00 to defrost the unit. The part was installed about a week later. While waiting for the part I went to their web site and found that 3 coupons were available but were not offered. We asked the technician why he didn’t offer the coupons to which he replied “that’s up to you”. I took a photo of the part number and found that the part was sold by FACTORY AUTHORIZED PARTS. I found the part on-line for $31.00 and that it was available from Amazon and could be delivered free the next day. The final cost was $490.00 for the installation of a $31.00 part. After questioning the cost, FENWICK offered to waive the $89.00 service fee and offered to honor the coupons we found on-line from their web site. Our final cost was $530.00 ($342.00 plus $188.00) for the service call. Caveat Emptor!"

"The company name is the same for three addresses. There are also different phone numbers. The Magical Mike is that I hired gave me a location in Neptune Beach, Fl. They were here two days, one to remove the materials from my garage, the second day to complete. The installed a shed did a good job but I discovered my rug shampooer was missing. They removed mine and left one in place belonging to them. Mike said they do not carpet cleaning. He took no responsibility because I did not take pictures of the contents/location where the rug cleaner was located. I was ready to hire them for my next project . I have an enclosed garage, and all manuals, receipts of my rug shampooer. As a contractor they are responsible- TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM!!! "

Discussed in detail his process of stripping, sanding , repairing and finishing and why the prior finish was tacky and scratched easily. He handled pickup/delivery. I can tell he has great knowledge of the properties of the wood he is dealing with. The table has never looked better and I will definitely use him again on other restoration projects.
