"Mr McCullers and his workers are very polite, professional and punctual. I first found this company via internet search and sent Mr McCullers an email on Sunday, Dec 29. He responded very quickly the same day. I took several pictures of the Electric Panel Box and Hot Water Tank that needed to be removed. He provided an Estimate for me to sign online on Tuesday, Dec 31, which included the purchase of a Tank-Less Water System that I wanted. He ordered the Tank-Less Water Heater, and when it came in he contacted me to do the Installation The job was begun on Monday, Dec 9, and only because my Electric Box took a different Breaker which he had to order, the job was completed Dec 10. My new system works perfectly! He provided Excellent Service and Quality Work!!"

"Dan' Plumbing responded quickly to my request to install a tank-less water heater. I phoned them requesting a plumber to install the tank-less. I should have be more clear that this was a whole house system. When they arrived it was a bigger job than an under the sink application. They worked me in their schedule since it was going to be an all day job and they thought my job would be a short install. I supplied the tank-less and accessories. They removed the old heater which was a job. They installed the new tank-less but it had a leak at the fitting coming out of the unit. I spoke with the tank-less factory and they said the plumber may have  broken the unit. So I ordered an new tank-less unit. It arrived the next day and Dan's plumbing installed it promptly. They gave me credit on the bill for the broken unit. I think this may have been the first whole house tank-less that Alan had installed so he was not that familiar with what was needed. They did a professional installation, treated me very fairly and I would use them again. I would have given a high mark but I think I may have miss communicated the job to them and should have made it more clear the scope of the job. However they were up to the task.
