It went very well with no surprises! The owner did it by himself but had a special equipped truck with tanks, compressors, hose recoiling system and all fluids for cleaning.

The 2 guys were right on time, and were friendly and professional.  They did an excellent job on cleaning both the driveway--which had some efflorescence--and the lanai, which had lots of black algae growth.  They also pressure washed the front door area and the screen enclosure as an added bonus.   I emailed the owner later in the day because a torrential thunderstorm started a little over an hour after the job was finished.  He offered to come back and check to see whether the sealer would need to be reapplied.  He was a day late coming back, which is why I gave a 'B' for punctuality, but we are VERY happy with the work done and the price we were charged.  We will definitely hire Under Pressure again when the black algae begins to take over again... that's life in Florida!

Use soft clean method with chemicals and rinse.

They were late but called to let me know they were running behind and washed the driveway at no extra charge.

On time and hard working guys!!!

The roof looks clean and back to its regular color.  The two crew members worked hard and continuously and left the work areas clean.

Very impressed...... although NOT the cheapest supplier through tendering the work, I would highly recommend if you require a high quality outcome.
Peter LeBlanc is the company owner, and responds very fast to enquiries...... and most importantly "does what he says he will do". This is not the "usual" experience I have found with Floridian contractors. The roof, and guttering finish was EXCELLENT, I was very impressed..... the two man crew on the day, went the "extra mile" to ensure everything was 100%. 
The property size is 3,500 (under air) to clean, I was quoted $472 for the roof...... and $128 for the guttering, fascia, and soffit. Total $600.
I had quotes for $400 - $600, but the "Under Pressure" process does NOT involve harsh high pressure cleaning, which in turn can leave roof tile damage, which you do not know until it rains !!! They spray a solution of chemical, which makes the dark mold / build up "disappear infront of your eyes". Total work time four (4) hours. Roof warrantied against mold for two (2) years.

The work was done efficiently and the roof is very clean. 

Excellent service, product and response time. This is the better way to clean roofs in Florida. As oppose to high pressure washing that promotes a porous surface that exebates the growth of mold. Under Pressure utilizes bleach and a detergent surfactant that eliminates the mold and provide protection towards regrowth; hence, the two year guarantee. The high pressure approach cannot because starting on day two, the mold begins to grow again. Spent the better part of the day on both the roof and driveway. They kept checking with me to ensure that I was totally satisfied. Two thumbs up!

Cleaned our roof with chlorine instead of power washing.  It looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with all the work they performed.  We will definitely use them in the future.  They were very reasonable and very prompt and efficient.
