Due to the Coronavirus Outbreak, and the fact that I am an extremely high risk person, I have been trying to cancel my service for two weeks, and am trying to find out where to send my Early Termination Fee. I have contacted them several times last week and this week, and although they answer, they keep saying I have to talk to someone else who has yet to return my call on my cell phone, which would show any missed calls if they would actually try to reach me. No service!! Nobody wants to talk to me, and now they are causing financial difficulty.

My husband and I found this company doing research on Angie's List. They showed up very quickly to our request for a quote. The inspector went through our house and yard thoroughly and provided us with a quote, and a monthly fee amount, and will be coming every other month to follow up. They were very prompt and professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

While Cateseye has maintained the inside of my home for 2yrs now we did not have regular maintenance for our lawn. Here in Florida that is almost necessary, we began almost 6 months ago and I have seen a major improvement. My hibiscus are blooming as they would not before, the lawn is beginning to improve and no bugs! The men and women of Catseye are professional, accommodating and friendly individuals you will not be disappointed

We had been fighting a losing battle with roaches for over 3 years! Our former pest control company could not figure out what products to use or what type of roach we were dealing with. Several days after meeting with a Catseye Manager we had our first service treatment with our technician, Rich. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Rich explained the products he would be applying and ensured us the roaches would be eliminated. After our second treatment we are completely roach free and could not be happier with Catseye!

It took about 6 weekly visits to completely get rid of these guys. They were all very responsive and professional and I would highly recommend them. The fee below is annual after an up front fee of $425.00, $70/month

Catseye has consistently provided professional friendly service, they are always on time or give us plenty of notice when scheduling changes, the techs are always considerate and knowledgeable. We have two dogs, two cats, and two kids so working in or around our house can be challenging at times and they have never had an issue.

This is a review for Catseye Pest Control near Port Charlotte Florida. This branch is the best. Rich and William always do a great job. The company calls in advance when service is scheduled. Always show up at their scheduled time. Their techs are knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and always willing to go the extra mile. Anytime we have spotted a pest problem and called them, they come out right away and take care of the problem. I would highly recommend them for any type of pest control problem. Can't say enough good things about them. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great company! They took the time to answer my questions and concerns while educating me to the problems that Palm Rats can cause. Their treatment of my home was timely, thorough and very professional. The team of men who took care of everything were knowledgeable and obviously concerned with the quality of their work. The situation was resolved quickly and the home was secured very well against any further problems. The work is all guaranteed which is comforting to me. I highly recommend this company.

They worked out fine. They did a good job. In Florida, a lot of our decorative work on the house is actually made out of foam and then, they coat the foam. The Woodpeckers, once in a while, realize that that is a soft material so they poke holes in it. Their service was very expensive because they had a $500 minimum, but they did a good job because I never had a problem since.

They were excellent right out of the gate. We had a company prior to these folks and they just weren't doing the job. Catseye was just topnotch and have been all the way.

Catseye didn't do any work for me personally, but they've done some for the business where I work and I'm the one who coordinates their service and we've been extremely happy with them since day one. When we first engaged these folks, I did shop around and get some estimates on what we needed to have done because they do complete pest control in our facility and at that time, they were not the lowest out of the four estimates I got; I think they were in the middle but they presented the most thorough package on what they proposed for that amount. I think their responsiveness to our needs stands out the most. I call them on a Friday and they will be out on a Monday and their attention to detail is also important to me. We've been using them for two-and-a-half years now.

They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them. I pay monthly for a year contract. I think it is quite reasonable for what they do. They make appointments and they are always on time.
I've had other pest control companies in the past but Catseye does a better job. They are all very friendly, very professional and know what they are doing.

They've done work for me and I still use their service. I've used another service provider for years before them, but they sold their business and that's why I went with Catseye. I haven't had them for too long but I signed a contract with them for a year, so they've been coming. It's a big company; it's not like the mom and pop shop I had before but they're good as far as their work. They're fine. One worker comes out every time and it takes him about half an hour to perform the service. They leave the area clean.

It turned out fine so far. I think I would use them in the future. I might shop around. I thought the pricing would be a little bit better. One guy came out for the estimate and then one to actually follow it up with the services. It took an hour for the work to be completed. They left the area clean. No problem at all. I think their professionalism was very good. Both guys that came out were excellent.

They are very professional, they keep us informed, they listen to us, they stay until the job is complete and do not simply rush in and out like other services, This company has been the best pest control service that we have dealt with in either PA or FL.

We caught the baby ones our selves but they came to , first find the cause of the smell and remove a dead possum and cleanup . They did a very good job , and were hired them to be our regular pest caretakers because of their swift and detailed service
