While they are cleaner than they were before, they didn’t meet my expectations for a high-end $930 cleaning service. I was hoping for a clean that would truly revitalize the fabric, but it felt more like spray and go. After the sofas dried they left a hard coating on the surface that turned to powder when trying to remove it. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived.
