I was hoping for a clean that would truly revitalize the fabric, but it felt more like spray and go. After the sofas dried they left a hard coating on the surface that turned to powder when trying to remove it. While I appreciated the quick service and professionalism, I can't shake the feeling that I paid a premium price for results that didn't quite justify the cost.
