"I called Superior out to clean my Berber carpet at my home. When I spoke to them on the phone I informed them that I might want some of my furniture cleaned as well and they told me that they would be happy to look at it when they came to clean the carpets. The day of the service appointment they called to let me know that they were on there way to my home (15 min early).
