It took over 3 weeks from order to actual installation but looks very good (a little disappointed that the awning doesn't extend out a little bit more but Naples Awning did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. They are very pricey so I hope my investment looks good & lasts a long time.

"The sales people were great - punctual and had a nice presentation. One piece of advise is to ask questions about your install...I did have an issue with how I was told the install needed to happen which, had I not intended to do electrical work unrelated to the awning, would have resulted in spending a substantial amount of money needlessly. Having said that, the company worked with me and ultimately the awning was installed well if a little delayed. The quality of the awning is really great!"
