Naples Awning

Everything went great. They did everything they said they would and the finished product is perfect. We just bought this house and the canopy was built before the lanai cage went up so they couldn't take the structure out intact. They were able to cut the original structure, take it out and when finished with the sewing/material, they put it back together and I can't even tell they took it apart. I would highly recommend Naples Awning. Alan was the person who helped us.

About two years after it was installed it just fell off the wall. There was no wind and fortunately no one was underneath it at the time.  I called the company to make repairs and made an appointment.  They came a day earlier than the appointment without telephoning me, so I was on my way out for a different appointment and told them to go ahead and complete the new installation.  When I reutrned I found the awning put up but it was not level from side to side.  It is a retractable and hangs from the upper brackets, so I was not able to make any adjustment.  There were also some tears in the canvas of the awning which had not been repaired. 
After many calls asking for the Manager, Alan Denton, and a letter to the company to fix it I gave up because I got no response and figured they didn't care.
It is now about a year later and I have been so irritated with the crooked awning that I went out and got the tools needed and fixed the leveling myself.  I will live with the torn canvas because it will be a constant reminder for me to never do business with this compnay again.
