"Rightway is hired by my HOA to maintain the community. Last week, an employee went around looking at resident's sprinkler systems. Per our HOA though, if you locked your sprinkler box, it was to signal that you didn't want them touching your system. Rather than respecting that with my sprinkler box being locked, they broke it open and adjusted my settings without my permission. I contacted them the day it happened via phone and email. It's been nearly a week with no response nor a replacement of the box they broke. Next steps are to have it replaced myself if they can't do it within the next five days, with them being billed for the parts and labor. If they refuse to pay they it will be a lawsuit to recover the money plus legal fees."
