Rightway is hired by my HOA to maintain the community. Last week, an employee went around looking at resident's sprinkler systems. Per our HOA though, if you locked your sprinkler box, it was to signal that you didn't want them touching your system. Rather than respecting that with my sprinkler box being locked, they broke it open and adjusted my settings without my permission. I contacted them the day it happened via phone and email. It's been nearly a week with no response nor a replacement of the box they broke. Next steps are to have it replaced myself if they can't do it within the next five days, with them being billed for the parts and labor. If they refuse to pay they it will be a lawsuit to recover the money plus legal fees.

The quote was super quick, team showed up on time. They did a fantastic job of safely removing large amounts of giant live oak tree from over the top of my home and solar panels. All pieces were roped and controlled every step of the way. They cleaned my roof at the end too, though most of the debris on the roof was there when they arrived. Pricing was extremely reasonable for the work performed.

The emergency tree removal went great but he never came back to remove the stump which verbally he said he would take care of a later date When followed up with him much later he did not recall saying it and being it was in the quote he did not honor SO MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING FROM THIS COMPANY

Marco was so professional, and they work like a well-oiled machine. It was amazing to see them work, and they did such an amazing job, cleaned up after themselves, and are even sending someone to clean off my roof from debris and dead limbs that fell when they lifted the trees by crane to prevent rutting up my yard.
