I wanted a home inspection to find out any major problems that my house may have had, plumbing, electrical, etc. Tom was able to point out a few electrical defects that were not obvious, and were not issues when I first bought the house many years ago. He said that codes change, and that sometimes problems arise because of this. Also when he found a plumbing issue that I had not known of, he was able to have a local service provider do the work at a really great price which was convenient. He mentioned that if I had let the plumbing go, I may have had serious issues with it in the future, possibly some flooding, wood rot. The pipes ended up being rusted to the point of crumbling to the touch. Very thankful that he found this problem before it got bad.
