 + 1 moreAll services were mediocre at best. Sloppy uneven mows & missed edging & missed cleanup. Not only would I not recommend using them to anyone. Also, I had tried to contact customer service to change my service day and sat on hold FOREVER. Called back and dialed the extension for the sales team and was connected immediately - shocker! It's like they only want to talk to people to sell them stuff, but can't follow through on the customer service side. Customer service via email was friendly, but didn't actually help change anything with future services to make sure they were done better. 0 stars.

 + -1 moreMost of the lawn "pros" assigned either didn't show up or did not complete the job. My ratings are strictly for the lawn "pros" they assigned. I had to change many times. The office staff was very understanding and friendly. I chose to cancel with them because I never knew if someone was going to show up.
