""Ron" came on December 5, 2017 to see what needed to be done and give me price quote. He was professional and provided a price I was happy with. The work was scheduled for later that same week (December 8, 2017). "Nash" arrived within the time frame scheduled and once I showed him what Ron and I discussed, he immediately went to work. He worked for about 5 hours and before he left, he told me how to take care of what was done (wait 72 hours before we walked on certain floor tiles, how to wipe up sealant haze after 24-48 hours). He left me with a sample of the grout color in case I needed to touch up at a later date. I needed to call back to have someone return for a touch up. Nash returned once we had it scheduled and he completed the work within 5 minutes. I called into the office several times with questions and each time I spoke with Michelle who was very professional and overly eager to help me. I am thrilled with the job the Groutsmith did and I would hire them again without hesitation. People always complain when they have a problem, as minor as the problem was, but rarely does anyone ever compliment a company when they are satisfied. I called them and spoke again with Michelle and expressed my gratitude with their quality of work and professionalism."
