"The floors were done very nicely. The team did get grout on the baseboards however. They did not remove all the soap scum off the wall where they were to clean the tile. They missed spots on the shower - cracks and holes in the grout which should have been sealed or replaced. When they came back out they did not clean thoroughly. The grout where the tile meets the floor was left stained, several spots were missed with the re-sealant."
