"Luiz gave me an estimate that beat the other companies. He was professional and very relatable. I felt comfortable with him in charge of my paver driveway project. A couple days after I hired Dr. Philips Co, Luiz texted me that the pavers would be delivered and the space would be prepped. The job was completed the next day. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. Rotman prepped the space and move the crushed concrete to a different spot on my property so I could re-use it. That was awesome!
