"(Job was from 2016) We take pride in all our work, the job was permitted and to FL codes, in the winter months an additive is added to the concrete to combat the lower temperature, unfortunately, concrete will crack over time due to Mother Nature!"
"I wanted to take some time before leaving a comment on this matter, I wanted to go back to check and double-check that I did not miss an email or voice message, or text. I discovered there was only one voice message that was left, asking me to stop by about a wire that was discovered under the dirt by the new driveway, I went to the house the same day of the voice mail, I knocked on the door and spoke to her daughter, she said her mom was taking a nap (elderly women), I walked the finished job again with the daughter, addressed the old wire abandoned wire, told the daughter to tell her mom I stopped by, that was the last time I had contact."
"This project was completed in 2018. I am sorry the customer is unhappy. The driveway was designed with the homeowner. The homeowner did not have the RV or could go get the RV, so we could do a test run. Therefore, the driveway was approved by the homeowner before pouring and finishing! I have met with the homeowner and daughter and gave them my recommendation on how to fix it, so they would not have such a hard time pulling in/out (RV was on the property at the time of the visit) and never heard back from them (at least two years ago)."
"Nothing was done incorrectly, concrete cures (bleached out) at different speeds due to the sun, very normal to be different shades for some time."

"Driveway was poured at least 6 months ago, I have met with the homeowner recently to look at a crack that formed due to pouring concrete over an existing concrete lip (thin concrete) that we already advised would crack. Homeowner expected me to stop by every time he called and it's impossible to do so. We try our best to do the best customer service as possible but it's hard to please everyone!"
