"Mostly I have good things to say about USAHI. During the Pandemic, we were still able to get the work done, safely, and with everyone wearing masks. I had 6 windows, 2 exterior doors, 1 sliding glass door and one garage door- all done in two days. What took the longest was waiting for the inspection. USAHI thought that my city was closed but after some investigation on my part (and after a month after the work was actually done) they were not. And I was worried that my permit would expire, which costs money to reinstate, not that I would have paid, but you would think they wouldn't want to pay it either. D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.

The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.
