They cleaned up every day before they left, and they were respectful of us and our property. "The installers were great. The salesperson made promises that he did not keep and he missed a window. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"Mostly I have good things to say about USAHI. During the Pandemic, we were still able to get the work done, safely, and with everyone wearing masks. I had 6 windows, 2 exterior doors, 1 sliding glass door and one garage door- all done in two days. What took the longest was waiting for the inspection. USAHI thought that my city was closed but after some investigation on my part (and after a month after the work was actually done) they were not. And I was worried that my permit would expire, which costs money to reinstate, not that I would have paid, but you would think they wouldn't want to pay it either. All was done within, 7 months, during the Pandemic, and now I feel safer with all new stuff."
