The job took two full days and they both worked late into the day to make sure the job was complete. Upon completion of the job, they texted pictures of their work to my phone so I could see what was done. They even went above the call, and took a picture of a small leak from my AC unit that I would not have known about! He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. Will in particular struck two cords that were important. Cost & time frame to completion. The price was competetive but they were able to schedule and complete the work in less than two weeks. "Great! These guys were very professional and hardworking. They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."

"Quick tear down and new fence put up. However I noticed several pieces (pickets, 4x4, and 6x6) had splits in them either before installation or as they were installed. This is a wood fence and any splits at the start mean those pieces will have to be replaced earlier than the rest of the fence. This was an expensive project that I saved up to get done. As the project was done during the week, I had only a flashlight when I got home at night after work to view their work. Although Nestor was amenable during the project on things I noticed with the flashlight, as soon as he got the rest of the money that stopped. As I had time in the daylight, I noticed the problems and emailed him with pictures. He has never responded. I am totally shocked based on the other reviews that one I had any installation problems ( choosing to use defective pieces or causing damage to those pieces during installation and not changing out the piece is an installation issue which he said was warrantied for 1 year) or that he has not responded to make it right. Maybe I just got “lucky”."
