Overall, we are pleased with our new yard and paver walkways/driveway. Our yard and driveway were in poor condition due to irrigation issues and hurricane damage. We had 5 quotes from other landscapers and hardscapers for driveway and walkway pavers and sod replacement, and Manicure America gave us the most thorough and affordable quote. We liked his guarantees and no-nonsense, professional attitude towards his work. There were a series of issues with lack of communication between Jason (owner/manager of Manicure America), and delay of our projects by many weeks (months) due to other jobs that were given priority over ours. The herbicide treatment that was used to kill the weeds before new sod is placed ended up killing all existing flowers/plants, or at least stunting them severely. Jason replaced, at his cost, what we requested, although we paid for planting. He also compensated us for a gate door that was put back on incorrectly, and fixed a broken pipe under the paver that broke after the job was complete, without extra charge. I struggled between giving an overall rating of A instead of B because of the major delays (job was supposed to be done by middle of May, but was completed by end of June), but the professionalism displayed by the crew of Manicure America and Jason's care and attention to detail made my decision to give an overall rating of A. We would definitely hire Manicure America again, but just not have tight and firm time frame on the project!

Removal of all prior concrete and installation of the pavers was accomplished quickly. Installation of the borders has been delayed due to awaiting borders and the holiday season. It is scheduled for completion this week.$5656

On time, Jason has the ability to do anything. His style is point on, his presentation is immaculate!

Jason and his workers did an excellent job. Jason came prepared to show me a design using flexible tubing so I could envision the recommended shape of the back patio. He was the only paver installer (of three) who did this.
His workers showed up on the planned days, and the job was completed on schedule. We love our patio and walkway.

Jason is great, but sometimes you have to be the squeaky wheel to keep the project on schedule.  His team is very professional and they think about the details.  We are very happy with the work they did that we are doing another project with them.

Let me just say that the end product was worth the wait. IF you are in a hurry you need to find another installer. IF you are looking for quality it is worth the wait. Jason and the guys are well booked out so take a number and be patient. Installation was clean and complete.

It took longer than expected for the service to begin. Once it got started it went well. They did a nice job while here. The owner was very flexible, courteous, and professional.

The best part of working with Jason and his guys at Manicure America was his design ideas.  Other vendors suggested just putting pavers over the existing cracked concrete square pad.  Jason said it would be best to remove the concrete that was moving away from the pool edge.  And it would be more contemporary to curve out the sides, add a bench for a firepit, and a step down to the grass.  
His guys are true artisans and hard workers.  Highly recommended!

Fantastic. We received a few quotes for the first job (driveway/porch) and felt that Jason was very professional and willing to work with us to the extent we wanted to or could afford to (no pressure). He provided us some ideas that we had not thought of that we are happy we did. He spent as much time as we needed to talk through the jobs and finalize things so we weren't rushed. For our backyard we were very budget oriented and he helped us coordinate each part of the work and gave some recommendations of subs for work like the plumbing/electric/gutter/etc. and also coordinated with our pool renovation contractor. His crew works hard and efficiently. He is a true owner operator that ensures the work is done correctly so his brand keeps up a strong image. Even after we wrote the final check we asked him to come back and fix some things we wanted adjusted and he made sure it got done. FInal product had great attention to detail from the kitchen, arbor and all pavers. If there is any knock on him it is that he is busy (from having a good reputation) so if you are in need of a "rush" job (can't imagine why someone would need a rushed hardscaping job) then let him know your timeline up front. You can keep searching and getting quotes from other companies but just go with him, you'll be happy.

Jason of Manicure America actively participated in all work from the initial estimate through job completion.  We contracted with him for multiple projects.  We refer him often and would definitely use him again.  The work he performed was done with excellence and integrity.  We get many compliments on our renovated property.  He is very busy and delays in material delivery often cause delays in scheduled work dates.  He was not the cheapest estimate we received, but the quality of the work speaks for itself.

We had a very cracked concrete driveway.  Jason from Manicure America came to give us an estimate.  He had some great ideas.  
We put down pavers with a compass point in the center, which was designed by Jason.  This made the driveway look distinctive.  Jason's employees were very nice to deal with and extremely neat and thorough in their work.
Manicure America was not the least expensive, but they are proof that you definitely get what you pay for.

Manicure Pavers was paving a driveway 3 doors down and the driver took out my mail box.  Jason left a business card in my door. I called the next morning and he not only apologized, but was sending his worker to Lowes to buy me a new mailbox (nicer than the one I had). Installed that day, I never missed a mail delivery.
He will be paving my driveway this year. I've seen his work (7 neighbors).  Would definitely recommend.

They dug it up.  They were in and out, with brand new paver deck within 4 days and enlarged our pool deck.

I had seven estimates, Manicure America was the second highest, but he offered a number of ideas that the others didn't. He gave me a time line of 4 - 6 weeks before the work could start, and took a 1/3 deposit. As I write this, the job is 90% done and he still has NOT deposited the contract check. Every other contractor I have dealt with here in Florida, ran to cash the check before the ink was dry. I can not express how happy I am having signed up with this company. Any other work that I may have done WILL BE DONE by this Company.

Today, 3/1/12, Jason the owner of Manicure America stopped by to see if there were any problems. I had none, but he notice a few pavers that were damaged, (scratched) he replaced them.

Overall, very well. The old driveway and walks were removed. There was collateral damage to the sprinkler system under the driveway and damage to the lawn in the front from removing the old concrete. All of the damage was repaired as stated in the estimate. Attention to detail was apparent. Downspouts on each side of the drive were diverted into tubing to the front yard to prevent washout in the pavers. Additional edge reinforcement was installed in the drive to accomodate  the weight of my heavy truck. All debris and excess material was removed and site cleanup was excellent. The crew was thorough, effecient, courteous and helpful. A sub-sidewalk was installed beneath the pavers as required by county code. The contractor pulled all necessary permits and scheduled inspections.
