These guys were amazing!! I called them and asked if they could do a rush home inspection for me, because we had another inspection company come out who missed a lot of things that were wrong with the house we are purchasing. They came out THAT DAY!! Very thorough and knowledgeable, and the inspection report was easy to read and understand. Just great. The inspectors were professional and personable - and most importantly - thorough. They didn't mind my tagging along so I could learn about my new home (to be). Jerry had to make a second trip to the house to inspect the furnace and hot water heater, as the natural gas had been turned off prior to the first inspection. He did the second inspection at no extra charge.

Jerry has done many inspections for us over the years. His knowledge about construction and how things work are incredible. He has a way of explaining things in layman terms that's easy to understand so you will grasp the concept. He is always very professional and if he says he will be there at 3:00, he will be there at 3:00. I totally recommend Jerry to do all of your home inspection needs.

I have been in the Real Estate Industry for many years and always request my Buyers/Sellers use Jerry Williams for all their inspection needs. Jerry is very good at his inspections and will go the extra mile to double check items if there is a question, go to the property several times and reinspect as needed!!! And all at no additional cost! I have NEVER had anyone and quot;questionand quot; the integrity of an inspection report he has provided. To rebut the previous review from an associate Realtor, I can understand how one room in a home can show a temperature differential of only 5 degrees. This can be caused by several factors within the home. One would be location of the room (the amount of direct sunlight through the windows), poor insulation in the exterior walls of the specific room or simply loose duct work in the attic. When Jerry finds something like this and since he isn't a licensed HVAC specialist, he is going to and quot;recommendand quot; that a licensed HVAC company check that specific issue. I personally appreciate things that he finds on behalf of my Buyer's and Seller's. I have gone as far as having Jerry conduct a and quot;pre-listingand quot; home inspection so the Seller can go ahead and repair items that could show up as needing attention to save negotiating dollars on the front end.

As a licensed Realtor, and being married to an HVAC company owner, something as simple as a 5 degree differential is very small and I wouldn't let that keep me from using Jerry in the future and I will continue to recommend Jerry to my clients. He has always done a fair and thorough job for ALL my clients!!!

All work was coordinated and completed within 72 hours, all professionally done, at a significantly lower cost than his competitors.

We live in a different state, so all my contact was by phone. I requested the service and had a concern about the wallboard in the home. Mr. Williams went to the house once and then returned after doing research on the wallboard. He sent out the most detailed report we have ever received from the 7 homes we have bought and sold.

John provided a professional service and report in a timely (less than 24 hours) manner for a very competitive rate.

Jerry was able to come to the unit within 24 hours of my call. I was not present for the inspection because I live out of state. This was not a problem at all. Jerry did a complete inspection and looked for issues that needed resolved before the construction company left the site. He found a leak in the ceiling that needed immediate attention and many other small defects. His report was extremely professional, clear, well laid out and complete with photos of trouble areas. Jerry also offered to go back to the property to amend the report when we expressed an interest in having the cosmetic issues noted in the report. He said he did not usually note cosmetic issues, but felt we may want to considering our circumstances with the construction company. He went back to the property to take more photos and amend the report at no additional charge. We now have something concrete to take to the construction company and have our concerns addressed. Jerry is a true professional and very warm over the phone. The fact that I could get this taken care of so easily through phone conversations and e-mails has been a true blessing.

Arrived early, polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, professional and interested in answering all my questions. Received my inspection report the next day. WOW, it was professionally bound, contained approximately 45 color photographs, extremely well written and organized. I was very impressed with this company.
