I wish I could rate this company at 0 stars! My elderly Mother in Law had this company come out to replace a side mount garage door opener with another side mount opener. On site labor took less than two hours and the part can be picked up anywhere for less than $700. Price? $2,500!!! And now the real problems start. The opener that was installed is rated for a garage door weighing 440 to 1,100 lbs. Her garage door weighs in at 180 lbs. Wrong opener! Two weeks after the installation her door came completely off of the tracks, breaking the glass panels among other damages, and leaving her with a mess. Elite's response was to deny any responsibility AND sell her a $2,500 door that she DID NOT NEED. I had another company come out and inspect the damages and discovered that some set screws were never tightened, resulting in the failure AND there were NO DAMAGES to the door (new in 2014) other than the easily replaceable glass panels. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had a gate opener installed by Elite Garage door & gate in March, paid over $4000 for installation. There was an opener on this gate in the past so the electrical was already there. I'd think this would factor into the price.... A month later we had some windy days and my gate started to blow open and wouldn't shut. I looked at the workmanship and saw the bars on my gate were bending at the opener mounting point(which was only 2 bolts) I looked closer and the welding was the worst I'd ever seen and doubt it will last. I called Elite and they couldn't send anyone for days, leaving my yard insecure. I took it upon myself to do the repair myself which is shown in the picture with the black plate I added. I called Elite and told them what I did and their response was "great, we're all set then" The installer actually suggested removing the support wheel on the gate as he said it might interfere with the gate operation! This should have told me the amateurs I was dealing with. Worst company I've ever dealt with and feel ripped off.  They owe me a refund of half of what they charged me.  File a complaint with the BBB and they won't respond, crooked operation! I will never deal with them again

Initially service was awesome I did a search on Angi and Elite came up first so I contacted them and they sent a very knowledgeable tech out very quickly however since September I have called at least 5 times to receive a quote for the items I wanted repaired and or replaced pretty simple job, replace a single torsion spring with a dual spring and replace the torsion spring backer plate. I would have simply left it alone if they would have told me when I first called to find out what happened with the quote that they didn't want my business but I am assured each time that a quote will be sent right away, well I was in the Army for over 30 years and right away means no more than 24 hours it has been approximately 1,426 hours since I was first told I would receive an estimate.

Oh boy. I'd like to start off by saying that the staff was extremely polite and fast (2 hours). Also, that my garage door now works great. Now here's the bad part. They came out to the house and I wasn't home from work yet. My wife let them in. They started work on the door and they said, "We have to replace this spring. We have to replace that roller, we have to replace this bearing." She said, "Okay." When I got home, they were halfway through. Fine. They finished work and handed me a bill for $2,600. That's not a typo, I asked them to fix a slow garage door and they charged me more than two thousand dollars for it. They didn't warn me this kind of bill was coming or give me any options. Holy cow. I was expecting like $500 or something. Two hours of work plus two thousand dollars of parts. I'm not even sure I needed that stuff. If I'd have known the price was going to be that high, I would have gotten another bid first. I wouldn't trust these guys in the future and will never use them again.

The service provided by Matin at Elite Garage was excellent... very professional and he stayed to complete the project although it was late in the evening. Highly recommend!

Great! Weston called within 10 seconds of my online request, came within an hour as promised. He cleaned up wiring and straightened sensors for me....Good as new! Worth every dollar to me. I will definitely use again.

The operator refused to give a price estimate to replace springs over the phone, giving the explanation that a tech has to assess each unique situation. What unique situation? I have a standard garage door on the rental property in question. Should have realized this was a bad sign. On the positive side, they were able to send someone out the next day. Tech arrived within the prescribed time frame and assessed the situation. He then called me to tell me both springs should be replaced with their "premium" springs that will last at least 10 years. Cost: $543. When I questioned the huge amount, the tech offered a 5% discount. Since the garage needed to be fixed and I had a tenant needing it done, I was stuck at that point. I told him to go ahead and do it. I can't find a garage spring on Amazon or anywhere else that costs more than $30 each. The tech finished the replacement and called me 23 minutes later to collect payment. So $543-5%= $516 less $60 for parts = $456 for a service call and 23 minutes of labor. I am a chump I guess, but these guys are total crooks. They know you need your garage to open and they know they got you. By the way, average national cost for replacement of garage springs is $230. Wish I was wiser before I called these jokers.

There is a reason there are no reviews since 2016! No clue how they were able to only show the positive Angie's reviews on their web site. A better question is how did they delete the last two years of reviews on Angies if they've been on the list for 13 years. These guys are total rip off artists and they know the game very well. I had to call the police to get them off my property but before the police would let them leave I had to pay them in full. Get a written estimate that you can double check against similar parts at Home Depot or Amazon. Also don't believe them when they say 'other things' need to be repaired. Bottom line is I paid $2500 more than what it should have cost for a broken spring repair.

I have used Precision Door since 2006 before becoming an Angie's List member with good results. Yesterday, 7/26/2016, was the first use of this company as an Angie's List member. 3 days ago I began hearing a squeak during the final phase of garage door closing that hadn't been there before. Additionally it had been over 4 years since I last had any work done to the garage door (and it was Precision Garage who installed 2 springs at that visit) and knew things needed lubricating at minimum. I looked on Angie's List for different garage door repair vendors and saw Precision was one of them with a coupon deal for $45 tune up. I called Precision first to veryify the deal, made an apointment for a techician to come the following day and upon ending the phone call, purchased the deal and printed off the coupon. Brandon, the technician, called ahead of time that he was on his way. He was a nice, clean cut looking young man, who immediately went to work and answered my questions along the way. In no time my garage door was running quietly and efficiently once more, no small feat for a 20 year old garage door. Was very pleased once again with Precision and would recommend them for garage door needs.

We saw that Precision Door was installing a new door for our next door neighbor. on June 16th. We asked the service man, while he was here, if he could replace the damage rubber base of the door. While looking at the door he informed us that there were several cracks in our door. When we saw this we proceeded to call Precision to have a tech come out and look at the door and give us an estimate. We need the door to be installed within a few days as our complex was having all doors painted. The tech came out on June 17th and after determining what door we wanted they were able to have it installed on June 18th. The installation was completed on June 18th. Everyone we worked with were extremely professional. Everything was explained to use in detail. They continually asked if we had any questions. They were on time for both the tech visit as well as the service men that completed the installation. Overall an excellent experience. I highly recommend Precision Door and would use them again.
