Great customer service. They took the time to understand what I needed before coming out. The electrician was very knowledgeable, quickly fixed all the issues, and even taught me a bunch of things while he was working!

Everything went smoothly as Steve was able to retain the existing fixtures and bypass the ballasts and rewire the fixtures for LEDs as I had hoped. Excellent work!

Excellently Robert and Mason arrived on time and went right to work. They were professional, competent, pleasant, and completed all the work in an efficient manner. They actually helped me select the proper fixtures and fans for the job. Good steady workers with no screwing around. I"d recommend Webster Elex for any problems a consumer might encounter.

Although I feel the price might have been a tad high, I was extremely pleased with the service. Poor tech had to slug through a ton of roots along the way.
A couple of trips to Lowes were required for parts I would have assumed would be on the service truck, added a bit of time to the job.
Prompt, courteous, throughout. From Courtney showing up for the estimate, to Donnie driving away at the end of the day, and everything in between, they were very professional.
