"Louis and his assistants were courteous, on time, efficient, and did a great job finding and fixing what turned out to be multiple leaks. Louis kept us informed through out the process. They even mopped their work area after the leak was fixed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing an honest, hard working plumber!"

"I highly recommend this plumbing company! They did an excellent job in my home — very professional, punctual, and respectful. The technician explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and left the area clean. Their prices were fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone who needs reliable plumbing work. Thank you for such great service! ⭐️🔧💧"

"We were having a washout situation under our Florida room slab and the Alpha team of Junior, Dalin and Zach arrived on time, reviewed the situation and their solutions and proceeded with their poly foam injection system through our floor slab to fill and stabilize the washed out areas below. After completion, they cleaned up the work area requiring no additional work on our end. We appreciated their efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process. Great team and company."

"I first contacted Snapper Plumbing around Christmas last year. I had a blocked line and I put draining into the pipes and it was clear. Kieth came out because I asked him to be sure. He arrived and checked things out and did not charge me a cent. I called him last week and the line was plugged and he came out and cleared it and then came back again. I was not home so he had access to my home and did his job. He had been recommended by my neighbor and we are very pleased"

French Drains questions, answered by experts

Several signs can tip you off to a clogged dishwasher drain. At first, you may notice that it’s taking longer than usual for the dishwasher to drain, or you may hear gurgling sounds during the draining part of the cycle. You might also notice water backing up into your sink or excess food at the bottom of the dishwasher after a load. The most obvious sign, though, is seeing standing water at the bottom of your dishwasher after the cycle has finished.

Your garbage disposal is not draining because it might have a clog due to food waste, a foreign object, grease, oil, fat, or it may have a broken motor. When water doesn't flush out of the disposal, that's a key sign that your disposal has a clog or needs repair.

Bleach is generally not recommended for your shower drains. Although diluted bleach can technically help clean your drain, it will not unclog your pipes. In fact, bleach can harm your plumbing system because it’s so powerful. The bleach can change the color of your sink and even corrode metal pipes and fittings.

Often, people reach for bleach because it's already in their house. But it's worth getting a plunger or a drain snake for the job instead. It'll be a lot less money to buy a new plunger than to pay a plumber to repair or replace damaged pipes.

No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard. Your best bet is to call a local sewer cleaner if you notice any water or sewage around your cleanout.

It’ll take 20 to 30 minutes to unclog a sewer line using a drain snake or drain cleaner. If you hire a professional, you should expect them to be on-site for three hours or less. In addition to clearing the clog, they’ll do other routine inspections, which adds to the overall time (and cost) required.
