He arrived and checked things out and did not charge me a cent. I called him last week and the line was plugged and he came out and cleared it and then came back again. I was not home so he had access to my home and did his job. He had been recommended by my neighbor and we are very pleased"

"Up and down. There was a lot of turnover amongst Lee's staff. Some were better than others but frankly every round of cleaning led to a different set of what didn't they do this time. Today I tried to do a walk through with Lee to show her the concerns and she essentially quit stating that we didn't seem to be compatible any longer. I guess that's true as my expectations were to receive a clean home at the end of her and her team completing the work and unfortunately that was not occurring.
