"Bayshore did a great job. It was easy to get in touch with them to discuss pricing and make an appointment. David called several days ahead to confirm our date and time, and arrived when scheduled. He was very nice and professional, and did a great job with the carpets. While other companies gave me a song and dance about any problem areas (one went so far as to tell me the carpet was "ceasing to be"), David was forthright in pointing out any issues and discussing what was feasible. I am planning to have him come back to steam my tile floors and will definitely use him again the next time I need the carpets cleaned.

"I did use it and I don't, I would just give them an average.  I wasn't impressed really at all.  It was like they were a new company, I didn't know if they were and I didn't want to ask.  I could have done, I'm sure, better than they did.  They did not charge more than the $89 but they did change the date over a break down or something I don't know.  The cleaning wasn't very good.  I've had better from other ones.  They didn't offer any spray that goes on afterwards or anything like that."
