"Now that my husband has advanced ALS, he is no longer able to sleep in our upstairs master bedroom. The VA SAH grant which my husband was awarded allowed us to extend a small downstairs office space into the garage, to make him him a comfortable, bedroom built to both ADA and VA standards. An addition was built on to the existing home to provide him with a fully equipped handicapped bathroom which meets ADA/VA standards. Modifications were also made to the garage, deck, several doorways, and outside gate to provide adequate egress/ingress for my husband's power wheelchair. The project included removing our deck, raising the ground, and laying new pavers to create a deck flush to exit doorways. Kenny Reinhardt's estimate was the low bid for the project. I hesitated until I understood that his low overhead expenses allowed him to submit a competitive bid and still make a profit. The project came in within budget and I was never asked to accept a lesser product/spec than I desired in order to meet budget. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work.
