Reinhardt Restoration built an addition to our downstairs room and added a beautiful bathroom. My husband and I are very happy with Kennys work, his communication, and his dedication to finish the job. They actually finished the job early! Without a doubt we will be using Reinhardt Restoration again for future services! Highly recommended!

Now that my husband has advanced ALS, he is no longer able to sleep in our upstairs master bedroom. The VA SAH grant which my husband was awarded allowed us to extend a small downstairs office space into the garage, to make him him a comfortable, bedroom built to both ADA and VA standards. An addition was built on to the existing home to provide him with a fully equipped handicapped bathroom which meets ADA/VA standards. Modifications were also made to the garage, deck, several doorways, and outside gate to provide adequate egress/ingress for my husband's power wheelchair. The project included removing our deck, raising the ground, and laying new pavers to create a deck flush to exit doorways. Kenny Reinhardt's estimate was the low bid for the project. I hesitated until I understood that his low overhead expenses allowed him to submit a competitive bid and still make a profit. The project came in within budget and I was never asked to accept a lesser product/spec than I desired in order to meet budget. Kenny Reinhardt's goal is to exceed the customer's expectations; in his own words "make her happy". His workmanship is of the highest quality. He gives his personal full time attention to the project, accommodating plan changes along the way, and creating a working relationship with the customer that alleviates the stress so often associate with home improvement projects. I highly recommend Kenny Reinhardt for your next home improvement project. He will be my first choice for my next one.

Called this co to get estimate to red my bathroom --Kenny came gave me a price i could live with, so I had him do the job. the job was done in a timely manner and my wife and I are happy with to price and the result. I am VERY pleased with the results. The workmanship is beyond belief and Kenny has so many great ideas that made it all pull together. There was constant communication before and during the process. He replaced everything in my kitchen including flooring and painting. I could not be happier. I would very highly recommend Kenny and his crew for any projects that you need done. Outstanding workmanship. Completely stripped our old bathroom and installed a walk-in shower / vanity with sink / toilet / mirror. Tiled floor. Looks Awesome. Kenny did a great job in communicating what was going on during the one week process and completed the task on time and on budget. Would highly recommend their services to anyone. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of our remodel and look forward to a few more changes to our home over the next few months.

I hired Reinhardt to build a huge 530 sq ft deck. Not only did they complete my deck earlier than promised, but they also completed it exactly on budget as estimated. I was so happy with them I even gave them a tip (I never do that)! The three Kennys were friendly, trustworthy, and professional. Five stars all around for us!

Kenny and his father built a garage, remodeled our bathroom, and installed hardwood floors. All the work exceeded our expectations! There was great communication and suggestions. The work was excellent to the smallest detail. I would highly recommend them for any construction or remodel.

They not only delivered everything I asked for in an amazingly quick time frame they actually came in under budget. I had a vague idea of what I wanted - somehow they made it even better than what I imagined. Wonderful to work with, great with my kid and crazy dogs. If we ever get around to redoing the kitchen I will definitely use them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Most of the work was satisfactory, however the approximately 800 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring was pretty much ruined because flooring adhesive was allowed to dry on the surface of the boards leaving, according to both the floor manufacturer and adhesive manufacturer, permanent marks. They are on nearly every board and are bad enough I'm considering covering the hardwood with wall to wall carpeting.

They delivered everything they said they would and did it on time. It was the best service I've ever had.

Kenny and his father renovated our bathroom and it looks fabulous! It was very refreshing to have contractors show up when they said they would and work to complete the job on schedule. Kenny understood we had a budget and worked with to stay within the budget. We have many other projects to be completed in the future and Reinhardt Restorations will be the contractors we call. They have restored our trust in contractors!

They completed a ADA bathroom for my Mom. It was a very small room,but they were able to come up with some great ideas to make it larger and meet the ADA standards. I am greatly impressed with the whole project. Communication is critical to the success of any project and I felt very comfortable with their recommendations and execution of every aspect of the project. Planning on doing my bathroom next. Now I have the right contractor to do it.

These men knew what they were doing and even were kind to the questions my grandchildren had. They were able to do the job in the time they promised and kept it in my budget. I will be using them again for other projects when I have the money.

I have never before given 5 Stars to any contractor. Reinhardt Restorations was the highest of 5 bids. I used an evaluated bid process and they scored highest, even with the highest price. Attention to detail, quality and communication throughout the project was excellent. Sincerely interested in our satisfaction. Once the old deck was removed major structural problems appeared that we were unaware of. They removed the old and essentially rebuilt the substructure making it even better and stronger. Installation of Ipe Decking was superb w/attention to detail at every step. Very high quality workmanship throughout. I strongly recommend

We had a great experience with Reinhardt Restoration. Kenny and his crew were wonderful - honest, professional, respectful, trustworthy, hard-working, and great at communication. If we had any questions at all, Kenny would return our call immediately. The guys were here bright and early every morning. The job was done fast and professionally. The quality of the work is excellent and we are very happy with our new bathroom. The price was excellent as well - it was even less than we had expected for the amount of work they did. We definitely will use them again if we need anymore repairs or remodeling.

I was so pleased with this company. They were here when they said , did what they said (and more) and for the price they quoted. My bathroom is a show place thanks to Kenny and his crew. Since it has been a long time since I had a renovation of this size, they made it so easy, keeping me informed of the process. I have already given their business cards to many of my friends.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Reinhardt Restoration, Inc.! Kenny Reinhardt and his crew did a great job preparing for erecting my storage building (unloading building materials from the manufacturer's shipper); constructing the foundation (that was more complex than normal due to the bldg. manufacturer's specs.); working with the local inspection officials to obtain the necessary building permits; and wiring the bldg. Kenny is a very hard worker, has excellent communications skills, and is internet-savvy as well. I highly recommend Reinhardt Restoration, Inc. services to anyone who is considering similar building projects.

Reinhardt estimated 5 days to do the work and completed the job in 4 days. They worked with me in delaying the start by 2 days due to unexpected company coming to visit. Also they were very accomodating of shifting of furniture within the house so I didn't have to rent temporary storage due to over 1/2 of the home receiving new flooring. Courteous and very professional.

As much as I would like to say I am happy with their work, I cannot honestly say that I am completely satisfied. The carpentry, electrical and putting up a new mirror in a half bath was good, however, I am not satisfied with the painting they did.
