Wonderful Job!!

He was very good and informative about what was done and needed.

Found several issues with both units. My house has 2 central units. They replaced faulty equipment and left with both units, which are over 20 years old, running like new. They replaced insulation, several capacitors, checked the units operation and made several repairs/replacements. They have become my "Go To" AC guys.

From the first contact (Fred!) this company has proved to be the most professional and efficient I have had the pleasure to deal with. My AC had broken down and the high temperatures and humidity in North Florida can be health threatening... Fred, their dispatcher, was super nice and scheduled a visit by a technician (Jared) and was extremely professional over the phone. Jared arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to troubleshoot, starting with the basics after listening to my description of what I had observed. He narrowed it down and voila! The AC is now cooling my house again and life is good. Jared explained everything he had found and what he had done to correct it and gave me a detailed receipt. Needless to say Jared was very professional and extremely polite. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quick response of this company. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and will continue to remain a very satisfied customer (I signed up for their service program!). Once again, THANK YOU Glenn I. Jones Home Services!

Everything went as expected. When conflicts came up for personnel they substituted other highly qualified technicians. They were both proficient and professional.

Great! They were here on the date we all agreed on. Everyone worked very hard till the unit was in and running!

When I made the service call they offered to come out that night it
would have been about 7 PM, but there was not a rush. Set the
appointment for the next day He showrd up about 30 minutes early got
right to work and explained exactly what he was doining what the cost
would be if he had the right part with him. He did have the part with
him and had it fixed within an hour.

Job Went Excellent Took them 1 full day to get it done .. Very Satisfied..

We had an air conditioning problem and one company: 1. Wanted to change the entire unit for $3,400.00 although we knew only the coil was bad from previous problems.2. Wanted to add Freon to a leaky coil at $50.00 a pound.3. Wanted to charge $2,400.00 for a coil change only.
We contacted Glen I. Jones upon advice from a neightbor and they were prompt, courteous, and professional.Glen I. Jones charged us a fair price to replace the coils and was timely, professional, and courteous. We will never again use anyone else for our Central Aircon needs.
